The Millennium Harvest House hotel is pleased to extend classmates the following rates:
Single Occupancy $119.00 per night Double Occupancy $119.00 per nightTriple Occupancy $129.00 per night Quadruple Occupancy $139.00 per nightGarden Level Rooms $20.00 additional per night Millennium Club Level Rooms $45.00 additional per night
These rates do not include taxes, which are 10.25% as of the day of our agreement, and are subject to change without notice.
If requested, the hotel will do their best to locate guests in one area. However, such requests cannot be guaranteed.
There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, so book early. If additional guest rooms are needed after the first block has been filled, the Millennium Harvest House Boulder will accept additional reservations at this rate, based upon the availability of rooms.
Reservation Deadline — Hotel rooms must be booked by Friday, July 1, 2005 to obtain the discounted rate. Thereafter, additional reservations for your guests will be accepted on a space-available basis and the rate agreed upon in this contract cannot be guaranteed.
To make reservations: · Call the reservation line at 800-545-6285 and ask to make a reservation for the Boulder High Class of 75 Reunion. · You may also make reservations via email: millboulderres@mill-usa.com. Please make sure you specify that you are making a reservation the Boulder High Class of 75 Reunion.
Deposits are refundable to the guest if the hotel receives a notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the expected arrival date.
Reservation Method: All reservations will be made individually. All reservations must be guaranteed, for late arrival, with a form of payment.
A valid major credit card number or other satisfactory deposit must accompany reservations. The amount of deposit required equals the value of the first night’s accommodations. Reservations and deposits should reach the hotel no later than Friday, July 1, 2005. Each reservation for which the required deposit has been received is guaranteed for arrival until 7:00am of the day following the first date reserved.
Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests who arrive prior to check-in time, guestrooms may not be available immediately. Checkout time is 12:00pm. Requests to retain guestrooms beyond that time should be directed to the Front Desk. Depending on guestroom availability, a late departure charge may apply.
Billing Arrangements—The hotel room billing arrangement is as follows: Room and tax will be billed to Individuals. Incidentals will be billed to Individuals. Late arrival will be billed to Individuals.
Sunday Brunch: For planning purposes, the hotel restaurant, Thyme-on-the-Creek, is located on the first floor and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and Sunday Brunch from 10:00am to 2:00pm weekly.
Shuttle Service: The Millennium Harvest House Boulder has a 12-passenger van available to transport hotel guests anywhere within a 5-mile radius for a $3.00 service charge per trip. Shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport is available through Boulder Super Shuttle. They can be contacted at 303-227-0000 for rates and schedule.
Liability—Boulder High School 30 year Reunion has no responsibility regarding room attrition.
